  • Compare the dynamics of various types of teams within a health care organization. Analyze the major reasons why the leadership team within a health care organization should pay close attention to team dynamics. The role of a sustaining employee motivation is one who has the drive and determination for the career field they are after. This is the difference in a person working at a job, and someone working at a career. A job is a place you work in order to pay your bills, however a career is a place you love to go that does not feel like working. It differs from organizational performance because it does not need a certain motive to make the person increase in work flow, one will give it there all based off it being something they love to do. The most effective process for the right rewards depend on the employee you are dealing with. Being that every employee is different, each employee will have something that will motivate them differently. If you have an open position and you present the opportunity to both employees although one may not want the extra work load, the promotion will not appeal to him as it would the other employee that may have been longing for that promotion.

  • Compare the dynamics of various types of teams within a health care organization. Analyze the major reasons why the leadership team within a health care organization should pay close attention to team dynamics. Support your response with at least two (2) examples of the potential consequences should the leadership team not take notice.

The dynamics of the group can alter the group in a major way. If the team has good group dynamics it can aid in saying a person life, with respecting one another’s decisions, communicating effectively, and trusting that ervery one is putting their best foot forward. However, if the dynamics of the group are poor, it can completely change the outcome of a person’s life.
